ARK-2000
Rack and Pinion Passanger and Material Hoist
The ARK-2000 Model has been a high-rise construction industry standard for over 15 years. The 2000 kgs capacity car can accommodate up to 25 people and large material loads. Available in a high-speed version with a single or double car (100 m/min), the ARK-2000 construction hoist can be effectively used on almost any building project up to 300 metres tall.
Our easily adjustable tie-in system facilitates fast erections and jumps. We have also equipped many of our ARK-2000 construction hoists with an additional side gate that can be invaluable on a tight site where normal end loading is not practical.

Rack and Pinion Passanger and Material Hoist
The ARK-3000 model is the latest technology in rack and pinion construction hoists. Since its introduction in 1997, it has led the way in high-rise construction hoisting. The ARK-3000 model is widely recognized as the largest, fastest and most reliable rack and pinion construction hoist available on the market today.
One of the many significant technological advancements incorporated into the design of this construction hoist is the Variable Frequency Motor Control. This device provides higher speed (100 m/min), a smoother ride and more accurate leveling than any previous rack and pinion construction hoist. The ARK-3000 model is suitable for projects up to 500 metres tall and is the hoist to have on high and super-high rise construction projects.
